I have been drinking a large iced cappucino in the morning to stay awake and during work to stay awake and they have like 600 calories in each they are high in sugar too.

Well they don't really have a good nutritional value. I would drink green tea/black tea for an extra caffeine boost and eat a good meal for the calories
