I am 5'4 to 5'5 and live in a 3rd shithole called Egypt, I am manlet but I have never treated like a subhuman.
I have few but good friend, everyone treating me like a normal human.

I think being manlet is the west is hell cuz most there are racists

Thats just relative suffering, maybe in Egypt its easier for a manlet since alot of people there are shorter and the mog isnt as strong but if u go to better places in the middle east or even east europe which are still fairly poor and not "western" u will get mogged pretty quickly and treated like shit.
