Venting I feel scared and lonely outside

I don't have my anxiety pills so when I go outside I get panic attacks when I'm around strangers.

I have to be drunk and wear a hood to go out for me to "enjoy" the walk. If not I get quickly overwelmed by the glances I get.
But I remember that when I was working last year I started to feel less and less pressure. It is about 6 month that Im neeting and I almost lost all this "habituation"

Unless like me you have a serious difformity, people mostly don't even know you exists and are mostly concerned about how themselves are perceived in public places

In the end, it's a pattern to go out: be alone, see couples, do what you have to do outside and come back.

So much freedom and not knowing what to do with it.
