I feel like I’m croaking

I’ve not been able to keep down food without starting see haziness in my eyes and get dizzy. I’ll belch up any meal I have. My lymphoids in my crotch region swelled up and I’ve been having feeling like one side is heavier than other (legs and hole body sides). The other day my foot swelled at bottom and it hurt to walk. I have a sore throat. And my eyes are red. I legit feel like I could be a goner.
And I have no money to go to doctor because no health insurance.
