That's because the gender ratio for your city is 2:1.
The ratio is biased because foids live longer than men. Thus, there are more old rags, and men are younger in average, which means more young men are condemned to inceldom. For a more equitable age ratio in terms of potential relationship, there should be at least a 60 foids for 40 men ratio. And even then, foids would still be so picky that inceldom would still exist somehow.

Brutal! i counted ratios from class photos from 2020, there are always 3 to 7 more males compared to females.
