Yes, but not all of it is common sense. Most might have realized that life isn't fair due to certain factors, but they still believe that with enough hard work, confidence, optimism, things can get better and that your life can change. If you're blackpilled you know there are things you can't do nothing about and are irreparable regardless of what you do.
It's more of a "yeah that sucks but you still have this, see the positive side" type of attitude going on, rather than a "oh shit you're fucked for life so your only hope is to cope with these things".
