pretty sure the warning level goes down over time. i wouldnt worry either way; whenever we give out warnings we see what the punishment will be, so if you make a minor fuck-up and we see that the 10% warning would permaban you we aren't going to do it, unless of course you are a very shitty user and this "minor fuck-up" is the straw that breaks the camel's back.
