I've heard my coworkers use the word "incel" many times. Like most normies, they use it as a catch-all insult for any man they don't like or who is a bad person. Elon Musk, Drake, P diddy etc. are all "incels" according to my coworkers. They also think every male customer who is rude is an "incel".

One of the reasons why normies use "incel" as a catch-all insult is because most of the insults that were common in the 90s and 2000s are now politically incorrect for one reason or another. Basically to the general public the word means nothing more than "bad man". Beyond that, it's a nebulous concept.
