It was the holidays and there was tons of sodas in the fridge so I thought it would be alright if i broke my no soda rule just this once. So i drank two sodas, they weren't even full size, it was those small can ones.
Couple days later, and now I have tons of new pimples on my cheeks compared to when they where relatively clear before when I was doing no soda.

It's crazy how much influence drinking soda has on my acne.
I was going pretty good with relatively clear cheeks before, after I drank soda I have like 12 new pimples.

How did u discover it was it before.

I remember reading about it online from many people saying it caused or agrivated their acne.
The way I first noticed it was by accident, I hadn't drank soda in a while and my face was relatively clear from any new pimples. Then I drank soda, and two days later I get a ton of new pimples.
