My highschool consisted of only guys so I never had the chance to talk to girls the same age as me
And my friendgroup consisted of nerds so they didnt have any connections to girls either back then
Once I graduated I became a shut in and never had a reason to talk to girl or try to approach them
I learned about the blackpill around the time when I graduated so I never bothered trying to go on dating apps because I knew it was over
Wouldn't be surprised if I was some 0.0001% of men who actually never had a regular conversation with women

I think the point is that there are normies that are not incels but still do not interact with girls all that much perhaps they only had sex once or twice.

About your thread though I relate to it, I did not go to an all boys school but I may as well have with how my school life was. But what you can do however is accept your loneliness, get used to it and adapt to it. So when you're in your 40s you'll at least function normally in other aspects of your life.

The other "aspects" of my life consist of consuming media and playing videogames all day for the past few years of my life. I've recently starting eating healthier and working out more often so overall I've been feeling a bit happier even without a partner.
