It could be that a certain amount of males just pretend to be nice, but a good amount of females are revolted by any kind of vulnerability in a male, being fair isn't as evolutionarily beneficial (when it involves disadvantaging yourself to not harm others for example) as being an exploitative psychopath that takes resources from others. But they'd hate admitting that, so they need to find some nonsense rationalization instead about how some harmless cuck buying her flowers is actually the real abuser and the chad that uses her as a sex doll and has no respect for her is actually just being confident.
Or it's simply about looks obviously, as in you're ugly=you must be evil, chad is good looking=he must be good.
But I think it's worth pointing out that psychologically, females are drawn to abusive males as well, dark triad pill isn't untrue. If they had to choose between two identical 6'5 chads but one is a boring autist that cares about logic, order, ethics, etc and the other one is a psychopathic narcissist that treats her like shit, many of them would choose the latter cause it makes their pussies wetter, again willingness to dominate/fuck others over is kind of an evolutionary benefit.
They then often say this is because they want to fix the bad boy, ''helper syndrome'', but this sounds like nonsense to me because why waste time trying to fix someone with no remorse that isn't fixable in many cases? Sociopaths don't become more empathetic when you give them sex. On the other hand they could actually fix guys with anxiety, autism, etc get out of their depressive state by giving them sex, but they don't, so it looks more like they are simply drawn to violence, degrading sex, domination, etc and not helping others.
