I don't like being busy.

Six pointless bullshit activities? Great, Nothing/Day
The moment you start doing something you start to compare and realize how little you get done per day, how limited your time is and how fast it runs on a small and large scale.
Don't get me wrong, I like to do stuff, but it puts me into not bearable full panic mode
Sure, doing nothing is objectively less than doing at least something, but it feels better as you have no real point of reference.
taking each day as it comes, makes me feel being in control and gives me a sense of safety.
I wish I could do away witz these bad feelings.
