Serious I dont know how to smile

I read on a book that smiling is one of the most important parts of social interactions but I never smile.
And when I try it always comes out weird and fake, Ive practiced in the mirror but it doesnt work.
How do I learn to smile like a normie?

maybe look at pictures of normies and try to replicate the smile. Make sure to not show your bottom teeth as well. I am not good at smiling tbh but I at least know that bottom teeth smiling looks unhinged.

I have overbite and huge top teeth, so my smile is very weird, but my bottom teeth never show

I didn't really know how to smile on purpous as a kid, I could still smile when laughing and stuff but I didn't know how to control the muscles. When I learned how, I always smiled showing my teeth but people made fun of my teeth and my mom said I have a "serial killer smile." I didn't really know how to smile on purpous as a kid, I could still smile when laughing and stuff but I didn't know how to control the muscles. When I learned how, I always smiled showing my teeth but people made fun of my teeth and my mom said I have a "serial killer smile." Now when I smile I keep my lips sealed and look like an autistic George Washington.

I guess is just muscle memory, i have to keep practicing, but my smile is also very weird

Probably the most important thing is to activate the muscles all they way up to your eyes, not just around your mouth.

That's actually how a smile is supposed to be, only showing the top row, means you have nicely aligned teeth, and I have the same and look psychotic / angry when I smile so I stopped doing it
