Diabetes can knock a decade or longer off your lifespan which is amazing. But that’s still many many decades I’d have to live with that and that sucks.

I hope I don’t actually have it. I know I should really cut back on sugar and increase my physical activity. It’s so hard to be healthy though when your life is so shit.
