Alot of people are vegan without even knowing it. Plenty of people only eat french fries for example, that's vegan food. Cereals are vegan, bread is vegan. Most people also eat a plant based diet meaning there are more plants and grains on their plate than meat or animal products. Alot of burgers also have more bread than meat in them. Pizza often have more bread than meat and so on. Most children today are vegan because they grow up on soy formula, vegetable purees, cereals with oatmilk etc. It's malnutrition.
