IIRC I got in the 140s when I did one when I was younger. Idk how legit the test was. I was in Gifted & Talented at school. But my brain has been fried the last 5-10 years, to the extent I can't even concentrate on simple tasks or do maths in my head. So it's probably dropped to ~80.

And the environmental effects are most prominent re: the first 1-2 years of life (getting good nutrition, affection and care).
