I can't believe we have to work 5 days per week, all day. Like tf. Its torture. How are people motivated to do this shit. I didn't go work today

The working man is a sucker is a saying old and true. But in honest, I get what you mean, last week my boss pretty much yelled at me a lot and get this he says this "Your pretty slow today is something wrong?" then he says "I don't know what's wrong, I don't know and I don't care", hell of a thing to say and then expect me to respect you. Its good you didn't go to work, rest and just relax, life is not about money nor the job; imagine giving your life to a company that will never understand your suffering or value and yet expects you to value the business more then your own life.
