So whenever I say something I'm always not clear enough and people get confused. This is why this is the first post I made on here. Does anyone have any advice on how I can be more clear? Have you ever had a situation where something you said got so misunderstood that it ended up turning into a big deal/ you ended u getting into trouble for it?

Try to be specific rather than broad/generic.

Yes, but I would advise you not to beat yourself up over it. It is actually sort of difficult for people to communicate effectively. Especially nowadays when people's listening skills are so poor, their ability maintain focused attention is next to nil, and if they don't perceive you as higher in the is social dominance hierarchy or good looking - they're barely going to pay attention to what you say before getting distracted.

My general tips would be:
  1. Speak more simply and directly - fairly self explanatory, remove unnecessary words and concentrate the data you're transmitting
  2. Reduce white lies - may or may not be an issue for you, but in my experience, regular lying even if only "white" lies can fuck with your head and make you communicate less naturally
  3. Don't assume so much - whether it be assuming familiarity with the details of a topic or an attempt to predict and manage another's emotions as a defense mechanism, making fewer assumptions will lead to less confusing situations based on what you said.

Probably brain fog

Pretty much what WarriorSkull said, but also, avoid innuendo and stupid sayings that aren't real English. Begin learning a foreign language like German or Russian and you will see what is wrong with English - too many extra words!

Sometimes I drink coffee before I go to bed (multiple times a day). A horrible strategy if you suffer anxiety or depression, but sometimes drinking organic fairtrade coffee 2-3 times a day can boost my mood. It also aids my ability to communicate quickly and pick up on the other person's words more quickly. Otherwise I just ramble and forget what I was saying mid-sentence. Social isolation sucks.

Coffee doesn't always help. A few days ago I had a coffee in the evening but I fell asleep shortly after. Life is tough and I am prepared to have days in which I fall asleep in the afternoon. It happens to me in hot months as well as cold days just before the winter.

Brain fog is pure rope fuel. I don't think there is a way to cure it tbh.
Yeh bro, It always comes and goes for me, legit a disability

Can't believe how bad the brain fog is these days. I don't know how to talk anymore. Feels like I have a legit speech disorder. I'm surprised I could even post this tbh.

Sometimes I take an hour or longer to compose a simple email. Obviously when I'm wired on 3 coffees it isn't an issue. My blood sugar is often low and I need to eat all the time to feel good!

its over for wordcels
