Man I wasn’t brushing my teeth for months sometimes ago , didn’t give two shits and my teeth are looking good still
better to brush them than pay others to yank them out.

It's important to have eveñ a little bit of a regular routine.
Get out and walk 30 minutes. Listen to tunes.
Get back and shower, shave, brush teeth.
Try to enjoy life a little.
I was in jail once, and trust me, people in jail just want what I just described.

If you are LDARing, at least go though the effort of brushing and showering, LDARing doesn't feel as scummy if you shower and brush
agreed.
it's fun to brush teeth with electric toothbrush, then floss, then tongue scraper, then mouthwash.
it leaves your mouth feeling extra clean.
also, having a good skincare and haircare routine is important & enjoyable.
it really feels like you're doing something.

Disgusting. Showering doesn't have to be done daily, but at least brush daily.
I've always been like this. Last time i brushed my teeth was like 2 years ago. Before then, it was probably 2 or 3 years

I too slept on a jail bed and when you're in that stained uncomfortable piece of shit, all you want is this. Food, freedom, cleanliness, comfort. My priorities in life nowadys.

Shit man... I feel you... It's easy to lose motivation in our circumstances, who wouldn't... I force myself to wash my teeth bc I don't want to get an abscess, but I 100% get what you mean...

I brush them 3 times a day
at the very very least brush your teeth at night so you don't smell your hot fish tank breath every time you smell your breath
tooth decay is really painful, you should brush them. i made this mistake for too long.
