I just don't feel comfortable knowing some innocent animal was killed in the process. Hitler was a vegetarian too so we have a lot in common. Apart from "Muh protein" There's literally no reason to eat meat or fish. I have a less of a chance of getting heart disease & cancer too The fact that most meat eaters are hypocritical dogtards motivates me more.

I know you can get protein through other means, but fish meat, poultry, red meat, etc. is the most bioavalible source. Not to mention, it also is very nutrient dense: Coincidentally, it is also the most bioavailable source of this.

I can understand what you mean about not wanting to eat animals that were killed in a mean way, but for most of human history it wasn't like this: We didn't just raise them like we do nowadays for the purpose of slaughter, we hunted them and/or raised them in more humane ways & in a way "respected" them & had an equilibrium with them.
