How does anybody sleep? I just lay there for hours with my mind completely awake refusing to shut down. I’m going to snap.

If you try doing it you never will.
 
I sleep when I'm tired
 
I have insomnia. Zolpidem helps or regular benzos. Popped 3 xannies yday dozed off in legit 2 minutes. Bit groggy start after u wake up but but it gets better after an hour or two
