It happens to most people. I lost interest in copes a while back, including video games, biking, anime, and so forth. I occasionally get a revitalizing flash of interest, and I'll watch a couple anime, ride my bike, or play a video game, then I go back to my usual state. I find that just remembering times when I was content is as good as being content in the present. In fact, I'm happiest when I, after not remembering it for a while, remember a time when I was very content, or a time when I was excited and something truly captivated me. Nothing but degenerative brain disease and head injury can take your memories away from you. The times when you were really coping strongly, and you really had interest in what you were doing, the times when you were carefree and when only your copes were on your mind; you can always remember those times.
