I think you'll eventually get out of that location when people who you are next in queue to be shown to swipes on you. It's a queue system pretty much. You're in queue behind people, sometimes you're first, sometimes you're last, depends on how popular that account is that you're swiping on and your own popularity. You're in your new location now, but you just haven't been shown to enough foids who have chosen to swipe right. If some start swiping right, more will see you are more will also do so.

If lots of foids swipe right on you and you don't mindlessly swipe right on every foid, your ELO will be high and you will be shown to more foids and higher quality ones. The rich get richer and the poor stay poor.
