Same situation with me I try to pretend I'm social at work but it's just small talk I can tell everybody there is kind of stupid and nobody is reading books or excelling in anything worthy of me talking to them about it all they talk about is sex and drugs and stupid little kid shit as adults a lot of young women work with me and they won't shut the fuck up about stupid crap and you have older women encouraging them with their stupidity I hate the people I work with they are so annoying but I'm allowed to listen to my headphones while I work so it's no big deal for me I just drown out the noise
