LDAR I applied for ssi

I doubt I'll get it, but I figured it was worth the try. I didn't have any of my medical records, but I shared my previous counselors name and number, so hopefully he can provide that information.

I do have an official diagnosis for MDD, and I have a history with suicide attempts and being in and out of hospitals.

I also provided the multiple anti depressants i have tried over the years. In which there are many.

I'm really hoping for something. There's no faking. I genuinely need the help.

I pretty much just wrote that I have trouble taking care of myself, and there's no way I can work in this condition.

Provided a few jobs I've worked, and wrote down the few things I have.

I wish I could have provided more medical information, but most of it has been lost sadly.

My counselor also believed I had BPD as well.

I don't think I have it tbh. My emotions are pretty level headed considering my circumstances.

I do have depression though

You deserve living in peace and trying to make the best of it, dealing with MDD is something no one will understand and know how hard it is until you’ve been through it/have it. If this doesn’t work out keep fighting for ssi, perhaps if you do have bipolar it could maybe help you in getting ssi. You got this friend. Update us!
