Ive developed a lump on the vein of my foot which hurts

I have a cold

Plus im poor and ugly

I dont feel good mang. I feel very bad.

Im 25. I have a pot belly, yellow eyes, yellowish undertone to skin. I think its inherited. My dad had liver damage too.

I know mang. I just need to change my diet. When i just eat vegetables i feel much better and my belly decreases
