SSRIs are really good in my experience. They helped me sleep better. I was using only 50% of my energy to my work better. I rarely sweat. It gave me an impossible confidence. I could do basically anything, stopped worrying. I stopped talking with foids because I could think better. I knew I don't get anything good from foids. I was literally in my best version when I was taking SSRIs. I can't remember one bad thing in that period. One downside (not a downside for me personally) is it reduces sex drive. I probably wouldn't have been alive today if I hadn't visited a psychiatrist. Listen to psychiatrist. They know your brain better than you. Stop using it if they suggested to do so.

It's helped me out quite a bit. Just remember that if you want to get off them, ween it off extremely slowly, otherwise your brain goes crazy.
