I've now reached a level where any teen movie which slightly involves white girl other guy romance or just attractive girls (white in particular) in general make me suicidal and depressed. Guess it rules out almost every single film/game.
I can't watch those types of movies either, the main reason why I avoid most western stuff is because it has a higher likelihood of making me feel bad.

Have you tried imagining your desired experience while concentrating? It makes me feel a lot better, and sometimes makes the suicidal thoughts go away.

I suck at visualizing but I do a lot of plot/story building in my head so much so that sometimes I get carried away to the point where I'm actively talking to myself or make voices mimicking the characters without even noticing, it comes naturally as a side effect
Yeah for me it's usually something very simple, like if I feel lonely I'll try to visualize physical closeness. I suppose I fantasize when playing certain types of video games as well, especially stuff that doesn't have much in the way of graphics and relies heavily on imagination. Although that's definitively not the same thing as imagining a story for yourself.

Growing up, I never realized how attractive one has to be in order to be in a teen movie or tv show. I used to watch these and actually notice imperfections and think that I was somehow in the same league.
I think that’s how foids and landwhales go through real life. They notice everyone’s imperfections and it immediately gives them an ego boost, not that they need one in the first place. Landwhales and foids view life through a lens that is literally impossible for us incels to fathom.
