So I started gymcelling in mid August. I go to the gym every Friday and Saturday night from like midnight to 2am. I alternate between upper body and lower body.

Before gymcelling my weight was usually 72-74kg, I measured my weight yesterday and it is now 80kg :dafuckfeels:
My height is like 180cm or 5’11’ to give context. I have also been more hungry since gymcelling and have been eating a lot more.

My shirts and jackets are all tighter now. The other times I gained weight it was harder to put on pants but it doesn’t look like my waistline increased since I can still put on my jeans and work pants okay. Although the pants are tighter at my thighs and calves.

I also don’t feel fat. Also my friend the other day asked if I actually lost weight.

I personally don’t think I am getting fat but I can’t be too sure.

So I am not sure if I should stop eating for 3 days, which is what I usually do when I get fat. I have already skipped breakfast and lunch due to being depressed about gaining weight
 
Either way, you should continue to get bigger so that you can easily bodycheck normies and foids in public.

Bodychecking isn't beating up someone. I've bodychecked foids before and all they could do is give me an angry look.

also dont just stop eating, just lower your calorite intake for the day

I'm five foot 8 and about 160lbs. I'm really starting to chunk out :feelskek: I'm also a stinkcel. I rarely shower or change my clothes, and my bedroom is like a portal to hell.
 
If your waist is getting bigger, then you're gaining fat as well. I think that's the easiest way to tell. When you gain fat, all of your measurments go up, when you gaing muscle, only the parts you train and use get bigger.

Brutal. I remember when I was 135 pounds people would actually give me dirty looks for being skinny

The good thing is that even at your weight, you could still easily overpower basically any woman except the roided gym women. Funny how 120 pound guys are still way stronger than the 250 pound landwhales

I used to get shamed for being skinny back in high school. I don't get shamed for it anymore because I don't talk to anyone. Only my parents shame me now.

Yeah, getting shamed for being skinny is rotten because it’s so much harder to gain weight as a skinny man than it is to lose it as a fat fuck. And every male relative used to always tell me I need to eat more when they’d see me. Glad I don’t hear that much now. Was it mostly the fat guys who shamed you for being skinny too? I usually only got teased by fat fucks that we’re almost as wide as they are tall.

80kg isn't much for 5'11
 
Look at your stomach. If it's flat you're not overweight.
