Serious I am literally a genetic failure

If I was born in an earlier time period there would be zero chance of survival for me. Without modern medicine I would be pretty much useless.

I am currently taking 10 medications every day just to be able to live a normal life. I am currently studying a very hard major and would not be able to take it without the meds I am taking. I also plan to go to graduate school to further expand my research. I would crumble from the academic stress and appearance related bullying if I didn't have all the meds I am taking now. I also have no friends and get bullied occasionally.

I am currently taking meds for my asthma, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, acne, and early hairloss. I'm only fucking 21 years old and I have to take a shit ton of meds everyday. Add on to the fact I am short and don't possess a single good physical trait.

I would like to thank my parents for having me when they were both 40 years old. It's really wonderful being born with all these birth defects. At least I'm not blind tho (I still have to wear glasses and am partially deaf).

Normies will never understand or know of our pain. It is incomprehensible to them. My parents had me at 35.. so I am not too badly affected by spoilt eggs but still.. they could have had me younger and I would probably have turned out to be a lot more successful than I am now and a lot happier too. But I suppose this is how the cookie crumbles and turns stale.

That's a lot of meds too.. I really feel so sorry for you.

Reading this thread has once again made me wonder if technology has produced anything truly useful at all. Many praise modern medicine, yet it seems obvious to me that it's done you a tremendous disservice. People often mention the infant mortality rate before the industrial revolution, but as far as I can tell, those kids were the lucky ones, at least by comparison to the alternative. Don't take this to mean that I'm in love with nature, as nature is fucking awful. I simply feel that most people are terribly mistaken about fundamentals of what is either "good" or "bad". Something can only be measured in value based upon what will be gained and/or lost from it.

I struggle to come up with anything that has ever been gained from life, however there is an enormous amount of variety in terms of how much individuals will lose. It might be true that I'm a total failure at life by basically any standard, that I'm nearly a 25 year old khhv, but at least I wasn't born with birth defects, at least I'm not currently being burnt alive.

Your parents weren't thinking about your future when they decided to create you.
