Actually they block VPN providers, my NordVPN is not working here.
They also block TOR.
It is quite hard to get out.
One thing that works is to have your own little VPS somewhere and to use sshuttle or install openVPN on the VPS.

Cool anon. China looks like a comfy place to be, they have cool terrain and a really interesting (and I'd argue superior to us Europeans) culture.
The only drawback would be the rather authoritarian state and also the high population density. The combination of those tow is a real deal killer on my opinion, but that's just me.
