I am avarage normies body fat percentage but I want to get like 15% to show abs and cheekbones


Any tips of someone who also did this?
Mostly on diet and food

i would recommend a high-protein calorie deficit, along with basic strength training. i bulked up my upper body to help with my feminine build, and thats what helped the most with gaining muscle and getting more definition.
 
No. I never had 6-pack abs before.
 
remove desserts, high calorie drinks and other high calorie foods from your diet (to make it easier to stick to your deficit) and do this
high-protein calorie deficit, along with basic strength training
It's not the end of the world if you cheat a tiny bit occasionally, but never do cheat days.
