Because of my shitty incel genes I needed my hip surgery and now I am rotting on my bed every fucking day. Normies who deal with this shit at least have fucking friends to talk to but since I’m an autist I’m just alone like a massive loser. I was somewhat happy when I could go to the gym and make progress there but that must get taken away from me because I’m a genetic trash incel subhuman. When I can return to the gym I hope I can train my fucking legs otherwise I’ll be fucking retarded looking.

Since my hips are genetic trash there is not enough room so when I squat my femur hits my hip and now there is extra bone which is why I need surgery.
