Two feelings that relate to one another. Depressed due to how things currently are for me and angry because I can't do anything to help my case.
At times it hits harder and I have physical symptoms like asphyxiation and dizziness.

I start swearing or smash my hand on the desk, and people are looking at me, but at the moment I can't think of anything else but how unfair this joke of a life is.

Ye maybe if you live in the first world where your wage is not dogeshit or if you are smart. If you are NEET or useless in life it's over for you. Especially since like 90% of the jobs where u have to deal with other people are already off-limits for us incels as looks and personality will be one thing u be judged on in interview.

yeah for me its anger 80% of the time and depressed like 20%
