Of course history cannot be 100% accurate because it's not a math. Some even argue whether history is a science or not.
But those authors who claim that all 'official' history is a lie are lunatics.
For example, to deny some event happened in XVI century, you not only need to deny documents but also literature, diaries, piece of art depicting this event ( if it exists ), etc, etc.
