- Sex quotas: Everyone gets an equal number of sexual encounters per month, tracked by a state-run app, so if someone’s gets more sex than they are allowed, they’re taxed with mandatory celibacy to balance the scales.
- Subsidized surgery: For anyone with certified physical deficiencies, the state will provide free plastic surgeries such as LL or Lefort II to level the playing field.
- Council collectives: All sexual interactions will be negotiated through community councils to ensure fairness, with priority given to those with the least "sexual capital value". And we can incentivize relations between unwilling participants with tax breaks or additonal food rations
