Not going to lie and say I had many friends rl ever but the acquaintances I did have online or even people I knew for fucking YEARS didn't give af. I had to be the one to initiate and message first if not and I'm not exaggerating it could be months if they ever said anything.
I only have one guy who regularly messages me and he's also an incel I met in a hospital. He's closer to me already than someone I still know from elementary school and went to sped classes with who has become a mogger. Basically what I've learned is people need to be close if not the same in social standing as you to give a rats ass and even then if they graduate from that position expect that relationship to end or become that guy you see once a year.
