I was just talking about this topic with some other people and again we came to the conclusion of how ridiculous the whole situation is.
You have to spend a lot of money for just one time and even then the whore can just reject you. You will have to pay for something, that others will get for free and females even make money off of it. How often are you able to afford that on a monthly basis? Now imagine you are on neet. Even if you have a job, you most likely are only able to afford this once a month. You are working your ass off, so, you can visit a whore who might even reject you.
