I guess that's the summary of how Western society is currently approaching the genders.

We sort of believe they're the same because that's what we have to say, but the second that anything significant happens, we quickly acknowledge that they're different again in order to make prudent decisions.

I heard somewhere that women are basically underdeveloped men. they have less hair, their clitoris is just an undeveloped penis, they dont have enough testosterone, etc. men start out as women inside the womb
