The extent to which women will deny accountability is always entertaining. This woman shot her husband in the back of the head, buried him on their property, then used his credit cards and sent texts/messages from his phone over the next 3 years, before he was even reported missing. Then she blamed her 7 year old daughter, her current boyfriend (who had never even met her husband) and claimed she was a victim of abuse.
Other typically amazing facts from the case: her husband had previously been arrested for domestic violence, during an incident in which she pistol whipped him and threatened to kill him (she wasn't arrested). And she was allowed out on bond while being on charges of murder, meaning she was free before the trial and after arrest. Thankfully, she got a life sentence in the end.
