Humiliated myself at work last night

I ate a weed gummy with no tolerance because I rarely smoke. I expected to be out in 30 min before it would kick it, but they made everyone stay an extra hour after that.

About 40 min in I started feeling it and I began sperging. I already have social anxiety so the weed made it 10x worse. I panicked and my face turned cherry red.

Someone attempted to comfort me while at one point I was rolling around on the floor. I dont remember what happened after because I was so high. All I remember was mumbling to myself on the floor.

How tf am i gonna go to work tomorrow? Theres no way people are going to forget about this. I still feel fucking high and its been like 10 hours.
