When I get hugs from my grandmother I feel good, but not much more than that. So I imagine that the feeling of receiving a warm hug from a woman is very important, and has several psychological benefits. In fact it's so important for ascending. Of course this is all an assumption from someone who has never received a warm hug. After all, a hug involves all the human senses.
