I rarely use Kiwi Farms, and when I do, it's only lurking. I have never posted there, nor do I have an account there. In my opinion, don't feed the trolls. They only bite if you bite first. They're mostly chill (despite what they say about us sometimes).
I heard about this lawsuit yesterday. Finally, (((Ofcom)))'s ability to cripple freedom on the Internet is going to be curtailed for once. Hopefully this will give @Master some relief. Only SS seems to have been targeted by Ofcom (which he might not even own anymore), his other three forums, including this one, seem to be safe, (for now).

Here's hoping Ofcom loses this lawsuit. Moot, Null, the survival of digital freedom depends on your victory.

we'll see but the flipside is that since Ofcoms jurisdiction ends at the UK, it can set a dangerous precedent that anyone who doesn't want to comply will be blocked.
It's gonna be like a great bong firewall like China or Russia and we'll be forced to use the same tools they do to access the sites we want.
