If you were the all-powerful dictator in a well-to-do country that had it's leadership just transferred to you, how would you tackle inceldom? Do try to be realistic as that involves more interesting conversations.

I'd personally use mass propaganda and a system of "loyalty pledges." As the human mind is quite malleable, the former is self-evident. The latter would be an incentive for people to let-go of a facet of their privacy and individuality in order to fight degeneracy, who would be awarded things such as lesser taxes, cheaper necessities etc.
