I propose three types of systems, that would cause the least bloodshed with the most benefits for everyone.
In general there are five races, mongoloid, caucasoid, Aboriginal, south Africans, congoroid, but variants exist with them, that has varying traits among them, such as Arabs and Nordics.
I advocate for segregation even within subraces, such as SEA and EA Asians, and middle easterners and Europeans.
Tier 1 - National Socialism
This option is for countries with a homogenous population, perhaps, 90% or something.
Candidates: East Asian countries and African countries, and perhaps even some European ones
Tier 2 - Aparthid (separate but equal)
This option will be available for already diverse places like America, where its minorities are actively visible and have played a role in its history.
The key is to have institutions and communities for different races. The government will have representatives of different races to ensure resources are distributed somewhat fairly.
Candidates: Singapore, European countries, USA
Tier 3 - Minimum if no segregation
This tier is mostly applied to countries where its culture and people are already intermixed, and that some of these cultures does not "see" race as a important factor
