My biceps and triceps are large because of training but my wrist makes my forearms and overall arms really small. I look really skinny with a shirt on just because I have a small wrist

My wrists are 6.3cm wide if you include the curve. My wrist circumference is 14.6cm.

Except my forearms are thicker due to gaining weight from not having motivation to workout and having a sedentary wageslave job .
