They probably gave up Maduro the moment they saw US forces, most of the people didn't like him anyway and the Military knew he was cooked so why start a loosing battle?

You can't expect to 'take out' the air defence missiles. They were Russian, so likely Israel gave America the intel to remotely deactivate them. And America has to be grateful. Then Israel passes US tech to Russia. And Russia has to be grateful. And if either one of them has a problem with it, they'll lose access to all the Jewish spies feeding them intel about the enemy.
