I started at a normal college. Couldn't handle it. Finished up at a night college for adults. Thinking about going back for my master's, I hear that the experience is totally different past undergrad.
I avoid social events. I attended one and it was suicide fuel inducing.
However, studying keeps your mind busy of thinking about other things, or keeps your mind at bay, which I like about it.

Zero friends. Stacies averywgee I look. I'm treated as a 2nd class citizen everywhere I go. Lmao last week we were put into groups and I was literally forgotten about and not picked. I sat alone doing the exercise for an hour and my professor didn't even notice. To add insult to injury he was walking around to each group making sure they were on the right track. This is how subhuman I am.

Just thinking about it right now I want to give up and drop out. College isn't for subhumans. I can't take being laughed at and talked about all the time. I'm doing very good in my classes, but the emotional torture I endure each and everyday is too much.

I hate it. Mine is a small college so it won't be the same experience. Most here are buddies with eachother and are in groups and i'm by myself. I am failing lots of classes but somehow got saved from getting kicked out of school. If you're coming from high school, expect it to be pretty peaceful and quiet. Likely not the party type you see in movies.
