Under chin fat, excess melanin, overly round cheeks, and thinning hair (noticable at full growth) are what fuck me over, especially if I look at a camera and not at the mirror. Not even mentioning my shitty arm frame, sub 6ft height, mediocre dick size, and god awful physique.
