Not sure i did BJJ for years and it helped but i don't have bullies anymore
 
Just hire a bunch of homeless men to beat up your bully using metal bats.
 
Use a weapon if it's a one time thing. Not worth training hard for months for this shit, unless you generally wanna learn how to fight. Then go on google maps and look for your nearest MMA gym. If not available go to Muay thai, Kickboxing, Boxing in that order. Go to the gym 3 times a week full body, go running and do the martial art.

Obviously i mean a club or something nothing illegal and i don't condone violence. Purely hypothetical

Take up tai chi, and learn to shift you're weight around.

Practice on shrubs and bushes...

Weapons are only a last resort. It's a sliding scale of violence escalation. But you have to ALWAYS escalate beyond whatever is "presented to you" in order to survive it.

Altitude is more important than skill.

My base is boxing but muay Thai is about as lethal as it gets for combat sports. A nice kick behind the knee or calf kick well placed will keep anyone humble. Not to mention a strong clinch game and use of knee and elbows in close!
 
Go to a legit MMA gym and enroll. It's not rocket science.

I had martial arts - tai chi - training for anger issues as a kid. Plus I watched, "kung fu" TV show in the 70's (it's available as a torrent;;; )

Going for jogs can increase stamina, you'll tire less and taking hits won't be as big of a problem

Standard push-ups, planking, and other workouts that work your upper body can help you hit harder

Knuckle Push ups. If you're too tired, just sit while leaning on knuckles while watching videos.

Then punch concrete or wood. Gently at first. Until you build up enough. Soon you'd be punching concrete or metal like it's nothing.

The point was to seem clumsy, yet cause harm.

Mostly as an offensive first strike thing. Or as a judo-ish reaction to a punch or kick.

That's just the name of, "the form." My take is to just seem clueless and lucky.
